Best Stationary Bike Review
Exercise bike Ultrasport F-Bike 350B
After an assembly that took about 30 minutes, we found ourselves with a very neat-looking bike with quite interesting features. Thus, it also has eight resistance levels, a wide and comfortable saddle that is complemented by a height-adjustable backrest, and non-slip pedals with adjustable straps. On its handlebars, it also has a pulse sensor that helps monitor heart rate from a good-sized black and white screen that also shows training time, distance traveled speed and an estimate of the calorie consumption.
The display quality is adequate, although we would have liked its handling to be more intuitive. On it we find a tray to place electronic devices and read or consult the tablet while training.
Another interesting accessory is some wheels that make it very easy to transport when folded. Finally, note that it is possible to use an accessory to exercise the arms at the same time, although it is not included in the package.
Exercise bike Sportstech XB-100
It is the most suitable model for tall people, since its seat, adjustable in four heights, is positioned high enough to adapt to people up to 1.90 meters tall. It is very comfortable and is complemented by a somewhat less soft backrest and armrests. It has a basic but very clear and intuitive control console that shows calories burned, speed or heart rate. All this information is happening and updating every few seconds, although we have the possibility of leaving fixed the one that interests us the most. For it to work, it is necessary to first install two batteries in its rear part. Due to its design, this screen is hidden when we place a tablet or electronic book reader on the support that it incorporates for this use.
It is one of the quietest models in the selection, also very stable, although the predominant material is plastic. Its resistance is regulated with a wheel that we have noticed that you have to turn a lot to feel the changes and its non-slip and adjustable pedals with straps are very suitable for keeping your feet well placed. One of its most improvable aspects is its stability when it is folded: although it can be done easily and moves freely thanks to wheels, it does not stand up on its own and must always be supported.
CapitalSports Azura X2 Exercise Bike
Without armrests or accessories to exercise the upper body, it does have a saddle with a very soft and fluffy backrest; one of the most comfortable in the selection. Its height is adjustable in up to seven levels, so it adapts very well to different heights: it is suitable for people weighing up to 1.90 and 120 Kg (the most common in the rest of the models tested is that they hold up to 100 -110 Kg). As usual, the performance is controlled from a small screen that clearly shows the speed, the distance traveled, the training time, and the calories burned. It also reports the heart rate, for which it has pulse meters on the cuffs.
With eight levels of hardness, we especially liked the ease of assembly, since it includes all the necessary tools and, in addition, it brings the nuts and bolts organized along with the parts to which they are attached.
